A new Applebee’s being built along 98th Street will also feature a separate 14,00 square-foot retail shops building. Work has already broke ground on the retail building by contractor Wilger Enterprises, the property is expected to be completed in early 2016.

A new ‘Rain Tunnel Car Spa’ location is planned for the Westside at Sevilla Avenue and Costa Almeria Drive. Wilger Enterprises has been named general contractor on the project.

The Georgia-based retailer opened doors its first retail location in New Mexico on Sept. 6 to its 74,000 square-foot building. Albuquerque based Wilger Enterprises was the general contractor of the project with a total cost of $10 million according to Maestas Development Group.

7,000 square feet of retail space is planned to break ground at the end of this year in Rio Rancho. The projected headed up by Maestas Development said the space has definite interest from possible tenant. Wilger Enterprises is slated as the project’s general contractor for the retail center, the project is expected to be up and running a year from the groundbreaking.

A Westside mixed-use project needed in the area according to city and county officials broke ground on Central Avenue and Unser Boulevard in April. The project is developed by Maestas Development with Wilger Enterprises as the project’s general contractor.
